Public Review and Comment Period Open Through November 15, 2025

Ross County is nearing the end of the 2025 Hazard Mitigation Plan update process. We are seeking
community feedback on the draft plan. Below are details on how to participate. Please share this
information with your community stakeholders.

The Draft Plan is available at: https://burtonplanning.com/ross-hmp/. Hard copies may be
requested from the Ross County EMA Office.

Please review the draft plan and provide any comments by Nov 15, 2025. Comments can be
submitted via email to rossema@rosscountyohio.gov or by hard copy to the Ross County EMA
offce at 475 Western Ave., Suite A, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.
